We provide Picnic table, rugs/blankets, pillows, tableware including plates, cups, forks & knives, decor including table runners, flowers, candles, etc., bottles and sparkling water, hand sanitizer, waste baskets
Public beaches and parks will have permits for businesses to set up on locations:
*Look Memorial Park, Northampton
*Mount Tom State Park, Holyoke
*Hampton Beaches, Holyoke
*If you have another location please ask us!
We do not provide food but we recommended vendors for some choices for food from local venues in your area! You may bring your own food and beverages and we will set up for you.
It’s the clients responsibility to look up any alcohol regulations for the event’s location. These parks do not allow alcohol consumption at public parks Valle-view Picnic does not provide any alcohol and is not responsible for any alcohol use during events.
For cancellation: if you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the picnic date, there will be a partial refund. In any event of inclement weather Valle-View reserves the right to refuse setup due to potential damage to our items. Please contact us 48 hours in advance to discuss any options.
